TISS Train the Trainer
Introduction
This is a certificate program in Train The Trainer offered by the reputed Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS).
Good quality training requires foremost well qualified trainers! The objective of this course is thus to train the participants to be able to deliver training effectively. The program is domain neutral and focusses solely on training delivery. The course provides a comprehensive overview of the entire training cycle, with a primary focus on the art of training delivery.
The program covers the following topics: adult learning concepts, training needs analysis, writing learning objectives, planning and conducting training and training evaluation.
On successful completion of the program, a Certificate is awarded by TISS.
